La Cátedra IDC Innovación, Diseño e Interculturalidad de la Universitat Politècnica de València tiene entre sus objetivos el promover el diseño y la innovación entre los estudiantes, el profesorado y las empresas. Por esta razón, en este Nude 2023, se ha patrocinado el proyecto presentado por Tres Ú, alumnos de la ETSID / UPV, en reconocimiento a la labor colectiva en la reflexión, investigación y desarrollo de esta línea de productos.
El proyecto Tres Ú se inspira en las tendencias actuales, con un toque artesanal y captando la esencia de nuestra tierra, planteamos la representación de un salón valenciano. Con esta simulación evocamos al recuerdo familiar, adjudicando a cada mueble un papel a desempeñar.
Nuestro producto estrella es la mesa paella, que juega un papel fundamental. Le otorga al plato la importancia que merece, siendo la excusa perfecta para las reuniones sociales. No se trata de un simple mueble, es el lugar donde la paella encuentra su privilegio, como si de una obra de arte en un museo se tratara.
Todos los productos que planteamos han sido concebidos incorporando el concepto de la artesanía, más concretamente el de las fibras naturales y la cerámica. Una tendencia actual que representa a la perfección los valores que queremos transmitir: belleza, tradición, historia, naturaleza, sostenibilidad…
One of the objectives of the IDC Innovation, Design and Interculturality Department at the Universitat Politècnica de València is to promote design and innovation to students, teachers and companies. This is why, for this edition of Nude, it has sponsored the project submitted by Tres Ú students at the ETSID / UPV, in recognition of their collective work to think about, research and develop this line of products.
The Tres Ú project, which offers a representation of a Valencian living room, take its inspiration from current trends, adding an artisan touch and capturing the essence of this part of the country. The simulation evokes memories of family, with every piece of furniture given a role to play.
Our star product is the paella table, which plays a key part. It gives the dish the prominence it deserves as the perfect excuse for social gatherings. It is not just a piece of furniture, but is where the paella takes pride of place, as if it were a work of art in a museum.
The concept of craftsmanship, more specifically the notion of natural fibres working with ceramic, is integral to all the products we propose – a current trend that perfectly represents the values we want to communicate: beauty, tradition, history, nature, sustainability…
