The search for new ways of providing light, for new structures and new usage experiences are what motivate Tonia to design lamps.She takes her inspiration from everyday structures, translates them into lighting, and creates innovative designs in which the user is involved in the end result and the experience of using the lamp is part of the design itself.Researching functional possibilities and the quality of the light that is delivered is a constant in the creative process. By simplifying shapes down to basic geometric figures, she aims to create lamps that are easy to produce, look crisp and in harmony with their setting, whilst also being timeless and suitable for all sorts of different spaces, needs and decorative styles
