David Galvañ y Manuel Bañó son dos jóvenes diseñadores que terminaron la Ingeniería Técnica en Diseño Industrial en 2011 y el Máster universitario en Ingeniería del Diseño (mobiliario e iluminación) en 2012.
Desde sus primeros pasos en el mundo del diseño han trabajado codo con codo, complementándose el uno al otro, y gracias a esta equilibrada unión han acumulado multitud de premios y publicaciones: 1º Premio CEVISAMA INDI 2011. 1 de 6 ganadores del concurso internacional “DESIGN A COOL CUP” (Boconcept). Mención de honor en el concurso internacional “StarckPack Awards” 3º Premio en el 24 Concurso del mueble de Manacor. Publicados en la 5º edición del Bianuario ADCV.
En la actualidad, su principal objetivo es dar a conocer sus diseños, mediante la creación de prototipos y su exposición al público y opinan que nude es el mejor camino para lograrlo.
David Galvañ and Manuel Bañó are two young designers who graduated in Technical Engineering in Industrial Design in 2001 and took a Masters in Design Engineering (furniture and lighting) in 2012.
They have worked side by side since they took their very first steps in the design world, each complementing the other and thus achieving a balanced partnership that has won them a multitude of prizes and coverage in many publications: 1st Prize CEVISAMA INDI 2011; 1 of 6 winners of the international “DESIGN A COOL CUP” competition (Boconcept); Special mention n the international “StarPack Awards” competition; 3rd Prize in the 24th Manacor furniture design competition; Featured in the 5th edition of the Bianuario and ADCV Awards.
Their main objective at the moment is to raise awareness of their designs by making prototypes and showing them to the public. They feel that nude is the best route to achieving this.
