Entender la forma en la que percibimos los objetos, habitarlos, darles un significado y ofrecer la posibilidad de descubrirlos constantemente es la razón de ser de Orgánica.Este proyecto nace en el 2017 después de ocho años de experimentación con tecnologías de vanguardia aplicadas al diseño. Orgánica combina lo hecho a mano con los nuevos procesos de fabricación aditiva, dándole paso a la aleatoriedad, el error y la casualidad como recursos creativos.El resultado: un producto elegante y único por sus características poco convencionales. El estudio de diseño está conformado por Sasha Adato, Diseñadora Gráfica y Fotógrafa de la Universidad de RMIT, Melbourne y por Giovanni Viteri, Diseñador Industrial, Máster en Estudios Culturales y Especialista en Diseño y Gerencia de Producto para La Exportación, con nutrida experiencia en el campo de la fabricación aditiva, el mobiliario y el arte. Juntos, encuentran el lado amable de la tecnología y la fusionan con la fluidez de la naturaleza. Understanding how we perceive objects, inhabiting them, giving them meaning and offering the possibility of finding out more about them all the time – this is Orgánica’s raison d’être.The project launched in 2017 after eight years experimenting with leading-edge technologies applied to design. Orgánica combines hand-crafting with the new 3D-printing processes, taking randomness, error and coincidence on board as creative resources. The result is an elegant product whose unconventional features make it unique.The practice comprises Sasha Adato, a Graphic Designer and Photographer at the RMIT University in Melbourne and Industrial Designer Giovanni Viteri, who holds a Masters in Cultural Studies, is a Specialist in Products for Export and has extensive experience in 3D-printing, furniture and art. Between them they seek out the friendly side of technology and blend it with the simplicity of nature.
